Tolong, minggu depan anak saya mula makan!

Here are my personal choice untuk starter food kalau betul-betul tak pasti nak bagi apa on the 1st day.
  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Pear
  • Sweet Potato
I started all my 3 babies on Pear. Why? Sebab "the four P's – prunes, pears, plums, and peaches – usually exert a laxative effect" (according to Dr, Sears). Sememangnya yang paling kita concern semasa cuba memberi baby first food is masalah "sembelit" atau constipation.

NOW - not all babies will like Pear as a first food, so you can try and give the other choices as well :)

So blender yang macamana I recommend? Of course kalau anda berada di US, my personal favourite is the Baby Bullet


my next favourite choice would be the Phillips Avent Steamer Blender - Senang dan Tak Messy


but you don't have to have semua expensive gadget untuk baby food, just a cheap blender will do.

Cara-cara membuat puri pear :

Pear of course - peel dahulu then cut wedges and cook in boiling water. Air jangan banyak, agak-agak sampai menutup pear-pear tu sahaja


Once dah soft (cook about 15 mins) masukkan dalam blender


dan blend sampai jadi puri


Selepas jadi puri, sila tapis kalau its a 1st TIME FOOD.


Sebab takut ada harsh partikel yang terikut sama (macam kulit ari yang keras)



Biasanya bila blender pear tak perlukan banyak air, so I serve air tu sebagai pencuci mulut. Lagipun bila dah rebus khasiat buah pear tu dah turun ke kuah rebusan pear.


Pastikan anda memilih masa yang TENANG untuk beri baby his/her first food. Jangan PAKSA kalau baby tak mahu atau cuma makan 2-3 sudu. Takut kita beri perspektif negatif pada pengalaman pertama bayi dengan makanan.
